Any requests for any other service will be refused, and the request will be referred to management for appropriate action.

Cancellation policy 

Other than Covid related (where a full refund or credit will be offered) 
No show = no refund. 

No refund for any booking cancelled within 24 hours of arrival

Any booking cancelled with more than 72 hours notice will receive a refund

Car park available at each branch

​The Riccarton branch car park is reserved for Diamond Thai customer parking only, Mai Thai Restaurant at the front, and Visitor parking at the rear of the building. Please do not park in areas other than those listed above to save your cars.

The Beckenham branch will be located opposite the shop in the market area, planted by the road, and has 1 slot behind the massage shop, which is entered by the Under Moon Cafe on Somefield Road.

The Redcliffs branch will be located by the side of the shop, entered by Beachville Road except for 2 slot under the shed and planted by the road.
